Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on NeuraLabs' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
All project inquiries through our communication terminals are subject to review. NeuraLabs reserves the right to decline project engagements that do not align with our core technological capabilities or ethical standards.
The architectural designs, cognitive system code, and visual interfaces created by NeuraLabs remain the property of NeuraLabs until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfer is governed by the specific project service agreement.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
